Jorge Guerra

Jorge Guerra is a seasoned professional in the electrical power sector with extensive experience in sales and operations management. Currently serving as Regional VP - International Sales at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. since June 2023, Jorge has held various leadership roles including General Manager of U.S. Operations at Efacec, as well as General Manager for South Central U.S. at SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc. Prior experiences include positions as Senior Business Operations Leader at GE Grid Solutions, Unit Managing Director at Alstom Grid, and COO and Sales VP at Efacec North America. With a career spanning over two decades, Jorge has expertise in P&L management, market growth strategies, and operational excellence, underpinned by an electrical engineering education from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'​ and advanced management training from IESE Business School.
