Susan Renda, SPHR

Susan Renda, SPHR, is an accomplished Vice President of Human Resources at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. since June 2004, bringing extensive experience in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Renda provides strategic advice to senior management on human resources matters and previously served as Director of Employee Relations and Talent Development, overseeing various talent management programs. Prior to joining Mitsubishi, Renda worked as a Business Analyst at the Society of Automotive Engineers, where responsibilities included business intelligence, HRIS administration, DBA tasks, and recruitment. Renda holds a Masters of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Allegheny College.
