Micha Roon serves as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, supporting innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape by making it more dynamic and reliable. Previously, Micha held the role of Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing to the advancement of decentralized systems and technologies. Micha also served as a board member and CTO at Share&Charge and has been involved with several advisory roles, including the IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Educated in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further studies at MIT and PMI, Micha's extensive background spans over two decades in technology and blockchain development.
