Naoaki Yamaguchi

Naoaki Yamaguchi is a seasoned professional in the aerospace industry with extensive experience in design process innovation and flight deck integration. Currently serving as Senior Deputy Manager at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in the Design Process Innovation Team within the Commercial Aircraft Division since January 2023, Naoaki previously held the position of Manager at the Flight Deck team at Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation from April 2008 to December 2022. In this role, Naoaki was responsible for defining flight deck design philosophy, operational philosophy and requirements, as well as supporting flight deck human factors evaluation activities and type certification activities. Naoaki holds a Master of Information Science in Aerospace and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, both from Nagoya University.
