Sarah Mattina

Sarah Mattina currently serves as Associate General Counsel at project44, having joined in May 2023. Prior roles include General Counsel at Kandji and Vice President of Legal at G2, where responsibilities included managing legal matters and negotiating agreements. Sarah's experience spans several notable positions, including Corporate Counsel at Jellyvision and Associate Counsel at PPD, with a focus on contracts. Earlier in the career, Sarah worked as an Associate Attorney at Hudson Martin Ferrante Street Witten & June PC and Hanna Brophy MacLean McAleer & Jensen, providing legal advice on business formation and complex litigation. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from the University of Montana.
