Rafael Raposo

Rafael Raposo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, innovation consulting, teaching, and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Mitsubishi Pencil Co., Ltd. since May 2023, Rafael focuses on new market development projects. Prior to this role, Rafael worked as an Innovation Consultant at Delinea EdTech, developing product placement strategies for North American and European markets, and as an English Teacher at Hugle Education. Additional experience includes project engineering at Peerdustry, where Rafael managed multi-materials manufacturing projects, and consultancy at Fundação CERTI, conducting entrepreneurship and innovation workshops. Rafael holds an Engineer's Degree in Materials Engineering from Pos-ECM / UFSC and has also completed studies in Business Strategy & Marketing and a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge.
