Yoko Lopez

Yoko Lopez, MA, currently serves as a Human Resources Associate and previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Mitsui Fudosan America since September 2020, focusing on compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance with employment regulations. Prior to this, Yoko spent eight years at New York University in various roles, including Assistant Director of Global Student Affairs, where responsibilities involved advising over 200 students on academic and professional development and creating student programs in collaboration with different departments. Yoko also served as a Global Academic Advisor and Program Assistant, directly impacting students' international experiences. Earlier experience includes working as an International Advisor/Program Coordinator at the University of Texas at Austin Study Abroad Office and as a volunteer staff member at the Africa Children Education Fund. Yoko holds a Master's degree in International Education from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from The George Washington University.
