Arvind Chauhan

Arvind Chauhan possesses extensive experience in service management across various companies in India. Currently serving as Sr. Service Executive at SOPO INDIA since October 2021, responsibilities include franchise development, revenue generation, spare parts planning, and troubleshooting. Concurrently, Arvind also holds the position of Assistant Manager in Service at Baltra Home Products since January 2019, overseeing service operations in ten states. Additionally, since December 2016, Arvind has worked as Senior Service Coordinator at Mittal International, focusing on service compliance and spare parts quotations. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Service Head for the Delhi NCR region at Venus Home Appliances Pvt Ltd since December 2007. Arvind holds a Diploma in Electrical from Govt. Polytechnic College (2002-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Jamia Millia Islamia (1999-2002).
