Tiffany Blonski

Tiffany Blonski, CHRL, currently serves as the National People & Culture Manager at Miura Canada Co., Ltd. since May 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Tiffany held the position of Human Resources Manager at Pioneer Family Pools and Aquiform, where responsibilities included advising management on employee matters, developing HR programs, and establishing HR departments. Previously, Tiffany managed human resources at Karma Candy Inc., focusing on strategic workforce planning and collective bargaining in a unionized environment.
