Rafael Buelna

Rafael Buelna has a range of technical support and engineering experience. Rafael began their career in 2002 at The Sutherland Group as a Technical Support employee before moving on to Electronic Data Systems in 2003. At EDS, Rafael worked as a Technical Support professional until November 2004. In 2005, they worked at Mitchell International for seven months as a Support employee before transitioning to Qualcomm later that year. At Qualcomm, Rafael worked in a Support role until November 2006. In 2006, Rafael joined Mobile Systems Wireless (AT&T) as a Technical Support and Field Technician until November 2007. Most recently, they have been working at Miva Merchant since November 2007 as a Support Engineer.

Rafael Buelna attended Coleman College from 2001 to 2002, studying Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Rafael also obtained a certification in Computer Applications and Networking, although the specific institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
