Caleb Lesley

Caleb Lesley is an experienced recruiter specializing in pharmaceutical sales and talent acquisition within the biotech and healthcare sectors at Mix Talent since April 2022. Previously, Caleb served as a Program Coordinator at The Ohio State University, where responsibilities included coordinating student advocacy efforts and managing relationships with university stakeholders, as well as holding multiple roles, including Residence Hall Director. With a strong background in recruitment, program coordination, and student affairs, Caleb has successfully developed and implemented initiatives while mentoring peers and fostering productive partnerships. Caleb holds a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sexuality Studies from The Ohio State University.
