Katie Crowther

Katie Crowther, MBA, is an accomplished Talent Optimization Coordinator at Mix Talent, specializing in supporting and enhancing recruitment processes for life science organizations. With experience as a technical recruiter and a foundation in coaching, Katie also serves as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Southern New Hampshire University and has previously held roles with King Philip Regional High School and Captain Women's Lacrosse. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis on Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University.
