Prior to their current role, Todd founded and served as President of The Radloff Group, a full-service executive and professional recruiting firm. Todd has over 14 years of experience in the industry, previously working at Taylor Strategy Partners in various leadership roles. Todd began their career as an Account Executive at International Sports Management, Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Denison University.
