Domnica Griu

Domnica Griu has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2000. Domnica began their career as a Project Coordinator and Italian Teacher for AiBi - Amici dei Bambini in 2000. In 2007, they became an Assistant to the General Manager at Business Intelligent Services. From 2008 to 2011, they were a Human Resources Manager at Rompetrol. In 2011, they also began working as a Human Resources Manager at LEOGRAND Hotel and Convention Center. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Human Resources Manager at OMF Microinvest. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Training and Events Organizer at the Center for Health Policies and Services. Since 2017, they have been a People Operations Manager at Mixbook.

Domnica Griu's education history includes a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations (Journalism) from the Universitatea Liberă Internațională din Moldova, a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the same university, a Certificate of attendance of 40 academic hours in Strategic Planning from the Training Center CMB, a Certificate of 200 hours attendance in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from AILOG (Associazione Italiana di Logistica e di Supply Chain Management), a Certificato scolastico in Corsi multimediali ai livelli elementare, medio e avanzato from Societa Dante Alighieri, and a High School degree from Dante Alighieri High School in Mathematics and Italian Language. Domnica Griu has also been a HR committee member at the American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova from 2009 to 2020.
