Alison Liao has over two years of work experience in marketing and business development. In 2020, they joined MixerBox as an Associate Product Marketing Manager, and later became a Senior Product Marketing Specialist and Product Marketing Specialist. In 2019, they were a Marketing Intern at SAP, where they were familiar with industries, lines of business using SAP system configuration based on business requirements, updating CRM for SAP TW and creating verified new accounts to support the sales team, and doing product official website SEO data recording and analysis, and landing page optimization. Alison also worked as a Marketing/Business Development Intern at Arcterus Co., Ltd., where they created insights for product's functions according to more than 20 thousand MAU's data, collected and analyzed data from competitors or new market trends, and did social media operations. In 2018, they were a Marketing Operation Intern at Microsoft, where they promoted and executed B2B campaigns of Microsoft Products (Office 365 & Windows 10) through online and offline marketing events, created and delivered customized presentations and demos using in-depth product expertise at internal, and presented lectures to corporates such as DBS and Winstron in digital transformation and promoted Microsoft's services. Alison also participated in L'Oreal Brandstorm as a National Top 7, where they developed applications and digital devices to encourage customers to consume L'Oréal's ACD products, and used professional business and marketing knowledge to put projecting thoughts into practice. Additionally, they were a Director of Career Exposition at NCCU Career Month, where they planned and established complete projects of NCCU's Career Exposition and coordinated the team to work on online and offline marketing, reaching thousands of NCCU students.

Alison Liao completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from National Chengchi University in 2020. Alison then completed an exchange program at Tilburg University in the School of Economics and Management. In 2020, they obtained a Google Digital Marketing Certification from Google and in 2021, they obtained a Google Ads Apps Certification from Google.
