Jake Goldman

Jake Goldman has extensive experience in public affairs and communications, currently serving as a Community Member at Mixing Board since November 2024. From January 2021 to August 2025, Jake held the position of Head of Public Affairs and Communications at Beta Technologies. Prior to that, Jake worked as a Public Affairs & Strategic Communications Consultant from August 2019 to March 2021. In early 2020, Jake was a National Co-Chair for Team Bloomberg. Jake's previous roles include COO at Risa Heller Communications, VP Communications and Director of Communications at VICE Media, and various positions in the Office of the Mayor of New York City, which included Deputy Press Secretary and Director for External Affairs. Jake began a career in political communications as Northwest Queens Director for Bloomberg for Mayor 2009. Jake holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Southern California.
