Tim Rathschmidt

Tim Rathschmidt is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate, product, and technology communications across several leading organizations. Since September 2021, Tim has held multiple director-level positions at Reddit, Inc., specializing in consumer and product communications. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Global Lead for Corporate and Executive Communications at Airbnb from October 2016 to September 2021, and held key communications roles at Lyft, BuzzFeed, and Facebook. Tim's foundational career includes positions at FleishmanHillard, APCO Worldwide, and Richard Lewis Communications, Inc. Tim is also a community member of Mixing Board, a network of communications leaders. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication from Buffalo State University and pursued studies at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
