Nisarg Polra

Nisarg Polra is a Software Engineer III at Mixpanel, part of the Query Engine Team, since October 2025. Prior to this role, Nisarg served as a Member of Technical Staff II at Qumulo from July 2023 to September 2025, focusing on deep performance investigations and enhancing the LDAP client. Previously, as a Member of Technical Staff I at Qumulo, significant contributions included enabling minimally disruptive cluster membership changes and deploying clusters across multiple availability zones. Nisarg also worked as an Instructional Aide for the Data Structures and Algorithms course at the University of Michigan, supporting student success from August 2022 to April 2023. An internship at JPMorganChase involved experimenting with machine learning models for loan processing forecasts, and an earlier internship at Qumulo included delivering a data checksumming feature.
