Stefanie Ngbongolo has a diverse work experience in customer service roles. Stefanie first worked at eBay as a Customer Service Representative from June 2006 to January 2008. Stefanie then joined Audible GmbH, where they held various positions including Kundenbetreuung / Feedbackmanagement from February 2008 to December 2012, Supervisor Customer Service from January 2013 to October 2014, and Associate Manager CS operations/France from November 2014 to July 2018. Since August 2018, Stefanie has been working in Customer Service at Mixtiles.
Stefanie Ngbongolo's educational journey began in 1998 when they attended Bertelsmann, studying to become an Industriekauffrau. Stefanie completed this degree in 2001 and then went on to pursue further education at Paderborn University. From 2001 to 2006, they studied Romanistik and obtained a Magister degree in this field. Additionally, Stefanie participated in an Erasmus Exchange Program at Toulouse in 2003-2004, focusing on Romanische Sprachen, Literaturen und Linguistik. In 2004-2005, they also attended Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, specializing in Lettres.
