Head Sushi Chef at miyabi sushi

Ruel Loresto has a solid background in the culinary industry. Ruel started their career as a Regular Line Cook at Chowking Food Corp in 2002. Ruel then moved on to roles as a Sushi Chef at Momoya Japanese Restaurant, Yuzuya, and The Thai Table from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they became a Sushi Chef at Miyabi Sushi n bento llc, where they were responsible for ordering and receiving stocks. Ruel then joined Miyabi Sushi & Bento in 2017 as the Head Sushi Chef. Currently, they are working as a Sushi Chef at The Arts Club Dubai.

Ruel Loresto attended the Southern Institute of Maritime Studies, where they studied Shipboard Culinary and Catering Management until the year 2010. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Dasmariñas National High School from 1995 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, Ruel obtained the TSI Quality Services Person-in Charge level 3 with HACCP in August 2014. Ruel also completed a Basic Food Hygiene Training Course from Dubai Municipality, and participated in the Gold Standard Certification Program offered by Chowking Food Corp. However, the exact time periods of obtaining the latter two certifications are not provided.
