Syed Hayat

Syed Hayat has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Syed is currently the Managing Partner at Bencha Capital, a venture capital firm based in New York City that invests in and starts up For-Profit Social Enterprises. In 2019, Syed became a Founding Partner at South Asian CDPAP and the CEO of Diversity Care Management. Additionally, they co-founded Hustle & Grind Coffee in 2017 and serves as the CFO. Syed has also held CEO positions at DADA Home Care/Family Wellness Program (CDPAS FI), Diversity Care Staffing, and served as an Administrator at All Care Living Assistance Services (LHCSA). Prior to these roles, they worked as the HR & Assistant Operations Director at Asian Community Care Management (ACCM) from 2012 to 2016.

Syed Hayat's education history begins with their high school education at Manhattan Center for Science and Mathematics from 2004 to 2008, where they focused on math and science. Syed then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at Hunter College from 2008 to 2012. Finally, Syed Hayat attended Montefiore School of Nursing from 2016 to 2019, where they earned their degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN).
