John Douglas

John Douglas has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in notable companies. John is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Mizkan America since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Relations at Bimbo Bakeries USA starting in August 2018. From May 2017 to August 2018, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at TreeHouse Foods. Before that, they worked at Dr Pepper Snapple Group as the Director/HR Business Partner from May 2012 to April 2017. John also has experience as the Managing Director/Partner - People Solutions at FES Consulting and as the VP of Employee Engagement and VP of Employee/Labor Relations at Comcast. John Douglas began their career in human resources as the Director of Human Resources at Coca-Cola Enterprises in May 1996.

John Douglas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Truman State University. John also holds a Certificate in Labor Relations from the University of Michigan. In addition, John has completed a program in Executive Leadership from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification as a "Targeted Selection" Trainer from Development Dimensions International in April 2015.
