Cassandra Han

Cassandra Han currently serves as Executive Director and Head of Learning & Development APAC at Mizuho since June 2025. Prior to this role, Cassandra was Talent Partner for Global Markets Asia ex-Japan at Nomura from October 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included driving talent strategy and managing the talent cycle. From August 2017 to September 2022, Cassandra held multiple roles at Standard Chartered Bank, including Lead Practitioner for People Capability and Director of Retail Risk Learning, focusing on L&D for a global workforce. Cassandra's earlier experience includes serving as Regional L&D Business Partner at AXA and contributing to the establishment of the Julius Baer Academy as a Learning & Development Specialist. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry & Biological Chemistry with a minor in Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
