Garth Appelt

Garth Appelt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Mizuho since August 2017, Garth leads Derivatives for Foreign Exchange and Emerging Markets Macro Trading. Prior roles include President at Hedge Fund Management, Senior Managing Director at UBS overseeing various trading desks, Senior Portfolio Manager at Moore Capital Management focusing on multiple asset classes, and Managing Director at Goldman Sachs within Emerging Markets Trading. Earlier in Garth's career, roles included Executive Director positions at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan, specializing in interest rates and emerging markets trading.
