Julius Cerullo

Julius Cerullo is an experienced executive with a diverse background in corporate governance, investment banking, and infrastructure development finance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Vivo Energy and an Executive Director at Mizuho, Julius also holds the position of Non-Executive Independent Director at Saxo Bank Switzerland. Previous roles include Board Member at Vivo Energy, Member of the Supervisory Board at Lazard, and Senior Specialist Consultant for the World Bank Group. With expertise spanning corporate law, credit risk management, and strategic business development, Julius has contributed to notable financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Citibank Group.
