Kathleen Wishan-Reyes

Kathleen Wishan-Reyes currently serves as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Mizuho since June 2025, following an extensive tenure at BNY Mellon from July 2003 to March 2023, where Kathleen was Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and previously served as Community Partnership Associate in Corporate Philanthropy. In their roles, Kathleen has been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic DEI frameworks and engaging employees to advance talent within the organization. Kathleen holds a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Business Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and completed the Asian Leadership Academy Management Accelerator at McKinsey & Co. in 2022.
