Belinda Reed Shannon

Belinda Reed Shannon is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources, currently serving as the Founder of SiaRA Consulting, Inc. since January 2025 and Vice President at Scopely since November 2020. Previously, Belinda founded and led SiaRA Consulting, Inc. where significant achievements included training over 2,000 employees on workplace issues and managing sensitive investigations. A long tenure at GlaxoSmithKline from 1997 to 2016 involved roles such as Vice President of Equality & Inclusion and Vice President of Compliance, where Belinda directed HR strategies with a focus on diversity and employee relations. Earlier experience includes serving as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Labor, specializing in civil rights litigation. Belinda holds a Juris Doctor degree from Wayne State University Law School and an MBA from Florida A&M University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
