Nobuhiro Kawase

Nobuhiro (Nobu) Kawase is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience at Mizuho since June 2011, currently serving as Operating Officer and Managing Director, Head of Korea and Asia-Pacific, as well as Head of Asia-Pacific Corporate Banking. Previously, Nobu held various leadership roles including Managing Director in charge of Asia & Oceania Corporate Banking and International Finance across the EMEA region, alongside serving as Senior Manager in Acquisition Finance for Japan. Prior to the current tenure, Nobu worked as Vice President in the International Finance division focusing on Latin America. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Keio University.
