Shachi Kaul

Shachi Kaul is an experienced professional in human resources and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as Director of Human Resources and Head of CSR at Mizuho. Prior to this, Shachi held the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Learning & Organisational Development, as well as Deputy Head of CSR at RBL Bank. Shachi's expertise in talent development and diversity was further demonstrated during tenure as Head of Talent, Development & Diversity and HR Business Partner at Deutsche Bank. Shachi's career also includes a role as Vice President of Learning & Development for India and Vietnam at HSBC.
