Simon Creedon

Simon Creedon has over 10 years of experience in operations leadership roles in the banking industry. Simon has held positions at Mizuho and RBS, where they have successfully led operational transformations and implemented best practices. At Mizuho, they served as the Managing Director, Head of Operations Pan Asia and Singapore, overseeing 60 staff and implementing a new target operating model. At RBS, they held roles such as Director, Head of Operations - Capital Resolution, APAC, and Head of Branch Operations. Simon has a proven track record of driving change, building collaboration, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maximizing productivity. Simon has also demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to retain and develop talent during challenging periods.

Simon Creedon has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Policy & Administration from the University of Kent, which they earned from 1995 to 1998. Simon also holds a Master's Degree in Health Studies from the University of Kent, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. In addition, Simon Creedon has certifications in Investment Administration (IAQ) and Securities from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI).
