Peter A. Nyame

Peter A. Nyame has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership development, associate experience, organizational effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and policies & procedures. Peter has held senior roles in various companies, including Mizuho OSI, Sierra Circuits, WellCare Health Plans, Gates Corporation, DHL Global Mail, and Accel Inc. Throughout their career, Peter has served as a strategic partner to leadership teams, driving operational excellence and creating a high-performance culture. Peter has also provided support in operations management and corporate training.

Peter A. Nyame completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Labor Studies at Rutgers University from 1996 to 2000. Peter then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Leadership at Franklin University, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Continuing their educational journey, Peter earned a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership & Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University between 2011 and 2013.
