Steven Pautz, P.E., CCM, is currently the Director of Business Development and USACE Program Manager at M&J Engineering, where they focus on expanding opportunities within the Federal, International, State, and Technology division. With 27 years of engineering design and construction experience, they have overseen significant projects, including the construction of a $95 million Federal Courthouse in Huntsville, Alabama. Pautz has extensive supervisory and federal contract administration experience, having worked with various government agencies and interfacing with multiple levels of personnel during deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
