Leonardo Villalba

Leonardo Villalba is a finance professional with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Associate of Arts in Business from Prairie State College. Currently serving as the Alpha Chi Chapter Alum for Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity, Inc., Leonardo focuses on community collaboration and unity. As a Photo Auditor at MJ Holding Company, Leonardo analyzes product images to enhance shipping efficiency and engages with peers to improve audit processes. Previous roles include intern in the Finance Department, where revenue loss estimations were conducted, and server/houseman at Abbington Distinctive Banquets since 2016. Further involvement with ALPFA, Inc. provided networking opportunities, while leadership experience as Vice President of the Student Government Association involved advocating for student concerns. Additionally, participation in All Latin Alliance emphasized fundraising for DACA students and developing leadership skills through conferences.
