Kimberly Shedd has over 24 years of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the VP of Client Experience at MJ Insurance since April 2009, where Kimberly previously held the positions of Director of Operations for Arizona and Account Manager. Prior to joining MJ Insurance, Kimberly worked as an Account Manager at Wick Pilcher Insurance from May 2006 to March 2009 and operated as a Consultant and Insurance Admin Procedures specialist while self-employed from August 2005 to May 2006. Kimberly's career began at GS Levine Insurance Services, Inc., where Kimberly worked as a Systems and Procedures Trainer from June 1999 to May 2005.
