Elaine Charpentier Philippi

Elaine Charpentier Philippi, Ed.D., currently serves as Senior Program Officer at M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust since October 2023. Previously, Elaine held the position of Executive Director at In4All from October 2011 to October 2023, where responsibilities included leadership, management, strategic growth, change management, staff development, board recruitment, fundraising, program evaluation, budget management, and regulatory compliance.
