Calvin Creech

Calvin Creech, PhD, PE, currently serves as a Senior Civil Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers and holds the position of Senior Program Officer at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, along with serving as Vice President at PIANC International since April 2023. Prior to these roles, Calvin Creech was an Interdisciplinary Engineer at the US Army Corps of Engineers from March 2009 to April 2023, where responsibilities included leading Latin America programs. Additionally, Calvin Creech has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Lawrence Technological University, teaching courses in civil engineering, and held various engineering and management positions at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., the University of Michigan, and Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University, a Master of Science from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science from Lawrence Technological University.
