Matthew D'Ambrosia

Matthew D'Ambrosia is a highly experienced Principal Engineer and Owner/Co-Founder at MJ2 Consulting, PLLC since October 2017. D'Ambrosia also serves as an Adjunct Professor in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Northwestern University, focusing on the behavior of reinforced concrete and concrete materials, while managing all aspects of course delivery. Prior to these roles, D'Ambrosia held various engineering positions at CTLGroup, including Principal Engineer and Project Manager, and worked at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a Research Assistant managing complex projects in concrete materials. D'Ambrosia's educational background includes a PhD and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa. Early career experiences include internships and assistant positions in public works and engineering design.
