Michael Waterstreet has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael began their career in 1995 as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps, serving until 1999. During their time in the Marines, they held various roles, including Information Systems Coordinator and Electro Optics Ordnance Repair Technician.

In 2000, Waterstreet worked as a Computer Technician at PC Club, where they built customized PC systems, performed troubleshooting and repairs, and assisted customers in selecting appropriate computer systems.

From 2000 to 2002, Waterstreet worked at Dot Hill Systems as both an Operations Engineering Technician and a Manufacturing Technician. In these roles, they updated test procedures, conducted troubleshooting and repairs on computer systems, and assembled and tested RAID enclosures and hard drives.

Waterstreet then joined ACS Systems in 2001 as a Digital Training Facility Manager, where they maintained network-enabled computer systems, troubleshooted and repaired systems, and scheduled room usage to prevent conflicts.

From 2003 to 2009, Waterstreet continued their role as a Digital Training Facility Manager at Ciber. In this position, they maintained computer systems, repaired malfunctioning systems, and ensured smooth scheduling for training sessions.

In 2010, Waterstreet transitioned to Lamar University, where they held various positions as a Student Assistant, Student Worker, and Student Researcher. These roles involved grading assignments, providing tutoring, delivering technical support, upgrading systems, troubleshooting and repairing computers, and conducting training sessions for professors.

Finally, Waterstreet joined mJobTime Corporation in 2013 and has held several roles, including Technical Support, Software Developer, Senior Software Developer Team Lead, Director of Research Development, and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.

Throughout their career, Waterstreet has demonstrated a wide range of technical skills, including computer system maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, software development, and leadership.

Michael Waterstreet earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lamar University between the years 2010 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in A+ from CompTIA in January 2000.
