Scott Blais Jr. began their career in 2014 as an Industrial Automation Assembler at mk North America, Inc. Scott then moved on to become a Technical Sales and Application Engineer, Inside Sales Manager and Sales and Business Development Manager, North America at the same company. During this time, they were also part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation / Development Team. In 2017, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Swifty Lifestyle Company. In 2014, they also worked as a Food Services at Big Y World Class Market.

Scott Blais Jr. attended Holyoke Community College, where they earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Scott then went on to attend Westfield State University, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
