At MK Shotokan Karate Academy we aim to teach a high standard of karate with discipline and good dojo etiquette high on the agenda. Taking part in karate will help improve your fitness, focus and discipline, it can also help relieve stress and promote good health.

Most classes at MK SKA are open to all ages and grades and last 1.5 hours, enabling us to work on all aspects of karate (Kihon, Kata and Kumite). The schedule also includes classes focussing on kata, kumite, development of senior grades and classes for kids.

Whether you want to become a world champion or just improve your fitness then karate could be for you. It is also great for all the family.
