As the Founder and CEO of TBG Investimentos, Tulio initiated and executed the acquisition of MK Solutions, demonstrating expertise in enhancing revenue, profitability, and talent development. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Advent International, Vale, and McKinsey & Company, showcasing a strong background in commercial strategy, project management, and strategic analysis.
