Willie Howard

Willie Howard is an experienced professional in the electrical trade with a diverse background in estimating, teaching, and workforce development. Currently serving as an Estimator at MKD Electric since July 2024, Willie also holds the position of Master Instructor at Associated Builders and Contractors, where responsibilities include teaching first-year electrical apprentices and conducting exam preparation courses for the Kentucky state master electrical exam. Previously, Willie dedicated 16 years to Amteck, LLC in various roles, including Estimator, Electrician/Fire Alarm Technician, and Apprenticeship Program Manager, overseeing the company's fully online apprenticeship program and managing workforce development for over 500 employees.
