Courtney Gould Miller is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic marketing and customer relations. Currently serving as President of Commercial Markets and Chief Customer Officer at Tribute Technology since January 2022, Courtney oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success initiatives. As the creator of MKJ Marketing's Digital 360 program, Courtney has significantly enhanced the digital presence of businesses in the funeral and cremation industry. With prior roles including CEO & Chief Marketing Officer at Lumen and Associate at O'Melveny and Myers, Courtney has a strong foundation in legal representation and eCommerce. Educational qualifications include a JD from UCLA, an LLM from Tsinghua University, and a BS from Vanderbilt University, complemented by a Digital Media and Marketing Certificate from Duke University. Courtney is also an active member of various professional organizations, including the Selected Educational Trust and the Forbes Communications Council.
