Alex Negrea

Alex Negrea is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Lean process development and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Lean Process Development at MKS Instruments, Alex leads a Supplier Lean transformation program in the EMEA region. Prior roles include Manufacturing Excellence Lead at Continental, where standardization of Lean practices significantly enhanced plant performance, and Continuous Improvement Lead at Recticel Bedding, implementing comprehensive improvement programs. With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Alex has achieved substantial productivity and quality improvements at organizations such as Hunter Douglas and Serta Simmons Bedding. Alex holds a Master’s in Quality and Reliability Engineering with Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and an MBA from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Cleveland State University.
