Mike Pilcher

Mike Pilcher is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and management roles. Currently serving as the Director of NPI Engineering at MKS Instruments since September 2015, Mike leads a team focused on developing new RF power generators for semiconductor manufacturing. Prior positions include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager at MKS Instruments, where Mike developed half rack generators for various client divisions. Previous experience includes Systems Engineer IV at Harris RF Communications, leading demonstrations of integrated communications networks, and managing the Surveillance Systems Section at Southwest Research Institute. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, an MS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
