Rajiv Pandey is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and sales enablement within the photonics and laser technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Sales Enablement at MKS Instruments since January 2022, Rajiv is responsible for global revenue capture within the $800M+ Photonics Solutions Division. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at MRSI SYSTEMS, where Rajiv managed a product portfolio generating over $30M in annual revenue, and Program Manager at Gooch & Housego, overseeing defense contracts and leading teams in technical problem-solving.
