Zina Morrison

Zina Morrison, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Development at MKS Instruments, where responsibilities include developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies, leading a team of approximately 80 professionals, and enhancing HR operations with a focus on employee experience. Prior roles at MKS Instruments include Global Director and Manager of Talent Management, where Zina effectively oversaw corporate talent processes and implemented significant programs such as Workday. Zina's previous experience includes various positions at ConocoPhillips, focusing on talent strategy, performance management, and leadership development, along with early career roles in sales and management at Cintas and Estee Lauder. Zina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics and Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Languages from Rostov State Pedagogical University.
