Danny Haynes, CISSP, has a diverse work experience in the field of information security. Danny started their career as a Network Support for Ellwood City Area School District in 2008 and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, Danny served as a Systems Administrator at Magee Plastics Company. In 2005, they established their own business, Keystone Data Recovery, specializing in computer forensic investigations, data recovery, and system hardening. Danny then joined ASM Research, contracted with the Department of Veterans Affairs, in 2015 and worked there as a Systems Security Engineer III until 2019. During this time, they played a key role in implementing the Continuous Readiness in Information Security Program (CRISP) to protect sensitive information for the VA. In 2019, Danny joined MKS2 Technologies as a Sr. Security Analyst and later became the Team Lead. In this role, they led a team of 16 nationwide in securing servers for the VA, using industry-leading tools to identify and resolve vulnerabilities.

Danny Haynes, CISSP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Franklin University, obtained from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned two Associate of Applied Science degrees from Butler County Community College in Computer Forensics & Security and CIS-Network & PC Specialist, completed from 2005 to 2009. In 1989 to 1992, Haynes attended the Community College of Beaver County, studying Criminal Justice. In 1987 to 1988, they studied Business Administration at Penn State University. Additionally, Haynes has achieved multiple certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in December 2016 and various others from institutions such as CompTIA, Cisco, and Cybrary.
