Congressman Frank Guinta

Congressman Frank Guinta has a diverse work experience. Congressman Frank started their political career as a State Representative for the State of NH in 2000. In 2001, they became an Alderman for the City of Manchester, NH and later served as the Mayor of Manchester from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, Guinta was elected as a Congressman in the U.S. House of Representatives, a position they held until 2017. In 2013, they took on the role of Chairman Emeritus at IBC-NH Independent Business Council. Guinta also has experience in consulting, as they owned Guinta Consulting from 2000 to 2005, where they worked with small and medium-sized employers to reduce workers compensation and general liability costs. In 2017, they joined the National Advisory Board of the Addiction Policy Forum. Currently, Guinta serves as a Senior Vice President at ML Strategies, LLC, a position they have held since March 2018.

Congressman Frank Guinta obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics & Philosophy from Assumption University in the years 1989 to 1993. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, they attended UNH Law School, where they acquired a degree in Intellectual Property, specifically a Master of Intellectual Property.
