Catalina Villegas

Catalina Villegas holds an MBA in Sports Management from The University of Southern Mississippi and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Northwestern State University. Currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Major League Baseball, Catalina has previously held leadership roles such as Vice President of Multicultural Marketing at LST Marketing and Director of Client Services at Ballengee Group. Catalina’s extensive experience in business development and marketing also includes positions as Corporate Sales Trainer and Business Development Manager at Certified Labs, as well as Marketing Director at Match Point.
